About the Founder

Dave Waiser has been building startups most of his life. Over the years, he’s built six companies across Israel, the UK, and the US, raised more than $1B, and lived through the full cycle: idea, launch, scaling pains, near-death moments, acquisitions, and unicorn-level wins. His track record spans InfoAuto, Loyalize, Gett, KamaLama, Accumulator, and Fundraisly.

The turning point

Gett, after more than a decade of work, was finally heading toward an IPO at a $1.1B valuation. On paper, it looked like the moment every founder works for.

Then Russia launched a war, the IPO window slammed shut, and overnight Dave watched $170M of personal “paper wealth” disappear despite the business itself staying strong.

That experience surfaced something founders talk about privately but rarely acknowledge publicly: most of a founder’s net worth sits on paper, undiversified, illiquid, and exposed to forces no one can control.

Why Accumulator exists

Dave built Accumulator™ so other founders wouldn’t have to learn this lesson the hard way.

Accumulator allows founders and shareholders to unlock liquidity, reduce single-stock risk, and convert fragile paper wealth into real wealth without selling and without losing belief in their company. It is a rational, modern solution to a problem nearly every founder faces but few know how to solve.

What he’s building now

Today, Dave is building the Founders OS – fintech products for founders, unlocking what matters most:

 • Liquidity - Accumulator.co

 • Fundraising - FundRaisly.com

 • Health & Energy -  KamaLama.org

His mission is simple and personal: to give founders the tools he wishes he had.
